Let me first thank you for taking the time to leave a review here on Glassdoor. I am excited to see that you are finding your time at Nagarro worth your while. I would like to know more about the cons that you have listed. We are continuously working to improve our policy and processes framework. So, any specific feedback on what you think needs improvement will be greatly helpful. I urge you to reach out to me or anyone else in HR to discuss these. Specifically about spouses being the same project, while not a written policy, we do tend to avoid scenarios where a husband-wife are not in a working relationship where one reports to the other. IMO, that forms the biggest conflict-of-interest situation. If working as peers or as separate functions (say, one a developer, or one a BA) doesn't create so much conflict of interest. Having said that, we should definitely codify this into some sort of policy - and we will look into updating our policies on this topic.

Pros

Very flexible and good for work/life balance. Insurance is fully paid for by the company and doesn’t come out of your check which is a pro.

Cons

For this position, your employment only goes as far as billable hours go. If they are running low on projects, they will give you a 2 weeks notice to look for a project within the company and HR claims they will help you, but in my experience they did not.
