Thank you for your time in writing this review. I am delighted to see that you are having a good time at Nagarro. We really believe in our culture and are doing everything we can to strengthen it all the time. We believe in intelligence (among other qualities), and like to attract and retain people who display it. We believe that learning never stops. With respect to your impression about the pay scale, it is true, that for someone just starting out in their career, the pay can be a little low; however, our increments are aggressive in the later stage, so that by the time you are a few years experienced, you will be earning better than most others. At the same time, you will be in a company which believes in empowering young people. Therefore, you will have opportunities at a much smaller experience level at Nagarro which you won't get elsewhere. I think it is the best time to be at Nagarro. We are poised to scale and expand rapidly in the coming years. The future at Nagarro is exciting and full of opportunities. Once again, let me thank you for taking the time to review us here. If you have any questions or feedback, reach out to HR or management (use the issue trackers, write an email, use Yammer, just catch us in the hallway, etc.)

Pros

Very flexible and good for work/life balance. Insurance is fully paid for by the company and doesn’t come out of your check which is a pro.

Cons

For this position, your employment only goes as far as billable hours go. If they are running low on projects, they will give you a 2 weeks notice to look for a project within the company and HR claims they will help you, but in my experience they did not.
