But when it comes to increasing the compensation of old employees with > 1 year Spent at Nagarro they won't Even bother and not only this if you get a competitive offer they will play diplomatic games and the HR will try to fool you as much as possible. They make not only sure that they will not increase a penny in your compensation even when holding an offer of double the current compensation amount but also make sure to put obstacles so that you can not join another organization.
