Thanks for an awesome review. Yes, we are an awesome place to work. Regarding your advice on bench management, I do agree that we always improve, but I must tell you that management of people on bench is something that we focus on quite rigorously. We don't like to maintain a very large bench (compared to other IT services companies) but whatever we do have, we are trying to get better at managing.
