Pros
1. Work from Anywhere concept - not sure how long it will continue but as of now it is a great perk. 2. fair amount of annual hikes. Best service based company to bet on financially. What a best performer could get in any service based, you can achieve here by working modest and honestly. 3. Great culture - yo doesnt feel like you are working on a small size company. 4. High in-hand salary. 5. Until now, it is not famous for layoffs. Even in covid times, it didn't. Job security is subjective - one working on too based X technology, how safe your job is depends on how strong company has built Digital Practise for the same and no. of projects acquired. It cannot be same across all technology , varies dfiferently - hence one should not consider a company good/bad based on just , layoffs.
