Thank you for taking the time to leave a review here on Glassdoor. I am happy to see that in general you are enjoying your time at Nagarro. I am not sure though why you feel that growth for freshers is slow. In fact, I think we are one of the fastest at growing freshers of all Indian IT services companies of our size of above. Most of our freshers are working on billable projects in less than a year. If you have specific input in this area, I encourage you to reach out to me so that I can understand your viewpoint and see if we can make any improvements. Thanks again for your review.
