Thank you for leaving this feedback here at Glassdoor. I think you are absolutely right about more focus on training and development of support functions. And I am happy to report to you that this is something that we are working on. We are currently consolidating support functions so that there are senior folks dedicated-ly responsible for them and all the people in these functions. Additionally, we are rolling out a people management system through which we will also be tracking the development goals of each person in the company. These things combined should bring the necessary focus needed to non-engineering folks as well. Thank you for bringing this up and thank you for your review.
