Dear colleague, We hold our work culture and the CARING values we champion in the highest regard. It is concerning to hear reports that some of our leaders may not be exemplifying these principles, which are fundamental to our identity and operations. We take such matters seriously and are committed to addressing them promptly. If you have experienced or are aware of specific instances where our values have not been upheld by management, please reach out directly at feedback.direct@nagarro.com. Each case will be investigated, and appropriate actions will be taken to ensure our workplace remains respectful and supportive for all. Team Nagarro

Pros

Very flexible and good for work/life balance. Insurance is fully paid for by the company and doesn’t come out of your check which is a pro.

Cons

For this position, your employment only goes as far as billable hours go. If they are running low on projects, they will give you a 2 weeks notice to look for a project within the company and HR claims they will help you, but in my experience they did not.
