Pros
They provided Work From Home (WFH) and better pay earlier. The appraisals and perks used to be good, but as the employee strength increased, they have become just like any other service-based company.
Cons
TAP is awful. Their project assignment process is very pathetic. Even to get a project, you need to go through 2 or 3 rounds of interviews. Incompetent people are conducting the interviews, which is turning a good company into a terrible place. I don't think Manas or the top-level management is even aware of it.
