Very corporate. Micromanaged. They don’t really offer any benefits. PTO is a joke. The make everyone take 2 weeks unpaid during Christmas. Which they don’t tell you until you’ve left your previous job. They don’t tell you about any benefits until you’re onboarded. No dental or vision. Our practice wasn’t even offered healthcare because we didn’t have enough people sign up. You can never get an answer from the managers. They want everyone working every Saturday. If you bring up a concern they will just fire you. They don’t let their injectors have their own social media so they can just replace you. They want everyone toe to the line. They micromanage so bad that they make you take a selfie everyday.
