I have over 15 years of experience in retail management and aesthetics and made a career transition into the medical aesthetics industry after working for a very well-known medical spa, where I managed for nearly two years. Entering this field was truly a dream of mine. What I’ve always loved most about my career is working in a team environment — the people are what make the job meaningful. While you can find great individuals on many teams, it’s rare to find that sense of connection and support from the very top down. I’ve worked with corporate teams where recognition only comes if you’re performing, and anything beyond that often goes unnoticed. At NakedMD, it’s different. From our CEO to leadership and managers, everyone is genuinely kind, caring, and invested in their people. Hard work and loyalty are truly recognized and reciprocated. I’ve managed top-performing teams in the past who received little to no acknowledgment, so feeling valued, seen, and heard here means everything to me. I’ve worked at other medical spas where we shared common goals, but it never fully clicked. Here, I truly feel like I’ve found my people — it felt like the right fit from day one.
