this company unfortunately does not care about its employees at all, unless you are one of their long time favorites. new hires will get judged within the first two days of employment, and if they don’t like you for whatever reason they will fire you with no warning whatsoever. either that or they will write you up for the rest of your employment with no warning as well. they lock new nurses into a $10k contract for a year, but then overwork them or give write ups in hopes that they will quit and owe them. AAs do a majority of the grunt work for everyone with no credit as well. unpaid holidays. unpaid one hour lunches. little training. and cliquey work environments.
