Pros

Very supportive team from upper management all the way down. Amazing work life balance lots of time off during holidays so you really get to spend that time with family and travel if needed. Great chances of advancement they really foster an environment of promoting from within.

Cons

I have nothing negative to say the entire team at every location is friendly and driven to deliver a great experience for patients. The company is great to work for and I look forward to many more years .

Some of the co-workers are really sweet and great to work with.

Cons

Upper management is truly evil and soulless. They will strictly hold you to standards they don’t follow themselves. The entire interview process I received incorrect information, times, pay, training schedule etc. You receive your schedule for the week the day before with no adherence to day off requests etc from employees making it impossible to have your own life. You are expected to stay 2+ hours after you’re scheduled yet if you are 2 minutes “late” you get written up. If you respect yourself, do not work here.
