Pros

None I have absolutely nothing good to say about this place

Cons

Everything! As a company they do not care about their employees. I would send emails that would never get acknowledged or get a reply I would completely get ignored on multiple occasions. Ultimately left because I felt like I wasn’t being heard or like they actually care about their employees. They treat you like you’re disposable and would rather hire new nurses who have no experience to pay them less instead of paying their experienced nurses what they are rightfully deserved.

Pros

Some of the co-workers are really sweet and great to work with.

Cons

Upper management is truly evil and soulless. They will strictly hold you to standards they don’t follow themselves. The entire interview process I received incorrect information, times, pay, training schedule etc. You receive your schedule for the week the day before with no adherence to day off requests etc from employees making it impossible to have your own life. You are expected to stay 2+ hours after you’re scheduled yet if you are 2 minutes “late” you get written up. If you respect yourself, do not work here.
