The only good thing about working for NakedMD was a hand full of employees who were supportive but could agree of the inconsistencies and issues with the business.
Cons
If you are HIRED as full time, prepare to be scheduled part time hours. Also days off are inconsistent per week. They also aren’t flexible with school hours. Scheduling is based on performance, I guess. They will prioritize other employees hours vs yours if they are performing better or have seniority over you. You are doing a 4 person job but management expects zero error. Bonus structure is unclear and requirements change by the day. You may or may not get a Bonus. Be prepared to receive multiple write ups for issues not communicated to you. If you breathe wrong, you get a write up.
