Pros
One of the best work culture. Previously have worked with one of the biggest companies in world and also with one of the best companies to work for. I've more than a decades experience. So far, this company has the best work culture with fun activities. The very nice farewell culture and I think I will take this farewell culture to my next companies. People contribute INR 200-300 and do a nice farewell without burdening the company.
Cons
I said best work culture and friendly people but work wise not that good as it is startup service based company with budget constraints and competition with big service based companies.
