      Works on old technology ... Once project is over they will tell you to leave job.

      Pros

      Worked for 13 years with the Nalashaa group. Management is Good in supporting Green Cards and is transparent. . Always follow Attorney Suggestions regarding immigration policies, which is good for all the employees. Easy access to HR and management. Supported in GC process.

      Cons

      .Compensation would be a little better.
