      1. They pay what they promised and regular without fail. 2. Transparent company policies. 3. Great business development team and help you to place in projects very easily. 4. Great paper work for GC filings or H1B renewals. 5. Provides support in both personal and career, as they believe in retaining employees for longer time. 6. Always available to speak on phone for any issues.

      Pros

      Worked for 13 years with the Nalashaa group. Management is Good in supporting Green Cards and is transparent. . Always follow Attorney Suggestions regarding immigration policies, which is good for all the employees. Easy access to HR and management. Supported in GC process.

      .Compensation would be a little better.
