      1.Very good culture. 2.convenient timings 3.WFH facility. 4.Good HR team 5.Never fire the employee and pay you full salary even you are in bench for longtime.

      1.No projects as of now it will be a good place if Nalashaa can get good projects.

      Pros

      Worked for 13 years with the Nalashaa group. Management is Good in supporting Green Cards and is transparent. . Always follow Attorney Suggestions regarding immigration policies, which is good for all the employees. Easy access to HR and management. Supported in GC process.

      Cons

      .Compensation would be a little better.
