      Strong and cool management, Takes care of it's employees very well, we experience a great working culture where you are allowed make your point. Awesome learning curve. People help each other out. You don't want to miss a single day @Nalashaa And best part - you would feel you are important.

      No cons i could see, but It's up to you to use the freedom given to you for the betterment of yourself and organization.

      Pros

      Worked for 13 years with the Nalashaa group. Management is Good in supporting Green Cards and is transparent. . Always follow Attorney Suggestions regarding immigration policies, which is good for all the employees. Easy access to HR and management. Supported in GC process.

      Cons

      .Compensation would be a little better.
