As an organization we encourage the freedom for people to express themselves and choose their operating styles. To make it work, open feedback, backed with reasoning, and constructive critique, exhibiting positive intent from our colleagues is expected. Candid feedbacks are a way to improvement, and we continue to educate everyone on how to handle critique constructively.
