Easy access to management, don't need to worry about hierarchy chart to get a meeting, salaries on time, benefits like insurance as promised and prompt follow ups from HR team when you need to avail it. Flexible leave policy, managers do not frown when you are looking to avail your vacation. No rigid work timings and no over time work expected. Satrday Sunday are fixed holidays.
Cons
While being flexible organization is good, it is sometimes good to be a little bit more process driven as well. It will avaoid mess ups from individuals.
