Remote work is only good thing in this company. Other than this, nothing much good to say.
Cons
This company is staffing company. Do not believe what website is saying. Management is very bad. Founder and leader always doing micromanage. He not trust employees, asking too many questions and making work more difficult not helping. They not pay full also. Hold your money with vague reasons to show more profit if argue they fire and not give notice period also. They not go by their contract letter when firing also. No new busiess only business coming with relation and making clients fool. Only way to survive here is if you always saying yes to top management and doing buttering for stay in good books. Otherwise very hard. HR and recruitment team is no use. They only talking nice but not helping anybody. Good in talking, bad in working. Empty vessel making more noise. Some people only busy making own branding, not doing real work for company and fooling the company owner. Company also not ethical. They not treating employees properly and also doing same with clients. Very disappointing place to work.
