I've been working for Narwal for more than a year. It's been a great experience. Flexible working hours, advantage of working from home, the mangers are great and very understanding. Above market pay and is always on time. Access to the top management directly anytime through multiple channels, hierarchy mindset and our concerns get addressed very quickly. The management team and Narwal has the eye for technical talent and you will truly be recognized for your technical capabilities, appreciated and rewarded. It's also like a family, the management good above and beyond for employees with immigration and other important matters. I got my visa approval with complex situation in a matter of 3 days, fastest I have ever experienced. We also get together and have a great time whether it's happy hours and other team building get together s. Love Narwal and wish I had found them sooner.
