I’ve been one of the first employees in Narwal and have been with Narwal for about 2 years. It’s been a tremendous journey so far. Deals only with their specialty areas that include Data Analytics, Test Automation, Cloud. With this, they always have open positions in hand. It’s easier for them to map new or existing employees to new projects round the year. Healthy relationships with clients, which will help the employees to grow at a faster pace. Fair Compensation to every employee that’s always above the market standards. Learning opportunities are unlimited. Courses and certifications taken will be reimbursed. Immigration is one of the best areas they could serve. I can say that there haven’t been any rejections so far. Health, Dental and Vision Insurance benefits for the entire family. Happy hours with all the employees every now and then.
Cons
Many of the ideas are still in Implementation. It's a startup and it takes time to get everything in place. But, I'm sure everything would be addressed and implemented at the earliest.
