Constructive feedback is one of the primary ways for us to improve on perceptions and/or challenges. Our employees are responsible for making our system exceptional. They are a highly dedicated team committed to our mission and work passionately to fulfill it every day. We strive to give interested parties every opportunity to grow, learn and make valuable contributions to our system – empowering people with the tools they need to succeed. We work hard to ensure that our long, rich 128-year history of service to the community is preserved by always have a plan in place to remain viable, competitive and ahead of the changing healthcare landscape. Doing so has included such initiatives as building partnerships with other long-standing organizations in the community such as Home Aides of Central New York, the implementation of a Managed Long-Term Care (MLTC) Medicaid Plan into 48 counties throughout New York State, and enhancing our services with the addition of the Eldercare Social Adult Day Program. Most recently, we rebranded our system to Nascentia Health, a better reflection of who we are and our vision for the future. As is the case with any re-branding, it takes time and a considerable amount of effort by all team members. As evidenced by corporate-wide company meetings, our leadership team remains 100% transparent to all employees. Additionally, our open-door policy affords all employees with full access to discuss their questions or concerns anytime. Nascentia Health recognizes the value of their employees and works hard to create a culture where employees will find their work gratifying both professionally and personally.
