Pros

Flexable with schedules, most people there, are great. Did make some great friends there. Covid did really make health care a more difficult place to work, but there are a chosen few make it difficult to work there.

Cons

Toxic work environment. HR is very aware of the issues, however, allow this behavior. need to hold people and managers accountable.

Good work/life balance and opportunity to plan your own schedule.

Cons

Leadership offered no opportunities for advancement or mentorship programs for high potential candidates. Annual reviews “appeared” to be fair and controlled by HR with processes, however, were in fact very subjective by their leadership team whom engaged in falsifying performance reviews to negate top performers yet reward non-performers with raving performance reviews. Top leadership provided no support, did not set clear expectations, did not listen to employees and actually engaged in publicly demeaning their direct reports which directly caused poor morale amongst entire team.
