Chill work Good pay for the hours one works (here we work 3-4 hours each day) Good company logo on the CV for someone in mid to junior roles
Cons
Too hierarchical, full of people who pull tenure on you After mid level there is much less growth especially if one is in UK The innovation is lagging behind Not much chance to move between business in nasdaq
