Cons
- Be sure to find a business unit with an established structure, as management are short-term focused, which is likely driven by the quarterly reporting requirements of a listed US company like NASDAQ: > Ask about the organizational structure to understand how it has evolved over recent years, and what baseline the BU is coming off. > Generic: Ask about resourcing and confirm the role duties, to assess how true to label the job spec is, along with how achievable expectations are. - Acquisition hungry business, buying out of PE Funds at times. The quality of products and solutions purchased for some of these can be lacking, and solutions capability can be oversold when lifting the lid.
