10yWe are happy to provide an update that we have recently created and rolled out a career framework – which does exactly what you mentioned – clarify roles and assist employees in creating and developing their career path at Nasdaq. It is a globally consistent framework, with career families, levels and positions descriptions that are clearly defined and transparent to all employees. It makes it easier for employees to map out a career path and identify learning experiences that will develop the skills they need for career advancement. This framework took 3 years to create and rollout, and we are now onto the next phase, which is applying the framework to our people programs and processes. As a result, we have been able to enhance our learning programs, such as our Mentoring Program, Competency , Project Management Programs and other Leadership Development programs, whose main focus in growing or improving the competencies and experience for our employees across the organization.
