Pros
I've been with Nassau for a long time and it's really sad to see all the negative comments being posted. My experience has been different. In the time I've been here I have seen the company grow tremendously. The company's success has not only provided stability and opportunity for growth within the organization but it has also created new jobs. The owner and his sons are very hands on and if you work hard your efforts WILL BE recognized; if you commit to them they will commit to you. They have an open door policy and promote dignity and respect for all no matter your position. They take the time to listen to their employees' needs and help them on a personal level, each and every time. They are successful because they work hard and expect their employees to do the same. What I find interesting is that the same people posting these negative comments are probably those same people still working at Nassau: If you're so unhappy then you shouldn't be here! And for all potential new hires looking for a change - "don't base your decision on the negative reviews, just come and try it out for yourself!"
