Pros
There are a select few who are very strong workers. Free candy. Company is growing and younger owners seem like they want to bring the company from an antiquated family-owned business to a respectable professional business.
Cons
They burn out the great workers too fast and don't do enough to get rid of the dead weight. Cannot believe the poor workers that they tolerate but they refuse to truly invest in hiring respectable workers who will stick around. Do not expect ANY training. Employees are so overworked that they cannot even properly train you. Health Insurance benefit options are HORRIBLE and I was without coverage for months upon hire. Holidays are at the bare minimum of what the gov't requires. Needs better corporate morale & culture.
