Pros

Very easy to work with upper management. They are very open to hearing your ideas and provide you with feedback. This is the first place I have worked where I didn't break a sweat going into the owner's office. The environment is fast paced and demanding, but it is not a high stress environment.

Cons

Pariking can be difficult in the winter months... You are surrounded by candy and gourmet foods...I always feel hungry!
