Pros

I made a few great friends here, but I'm sure it's mainly trauma bonding.

Cons

Everything you would imagine being bad about a company (nepotism, discrimination, favoritism, unhealthy work/life balance, and more) and times that all by a million. The benefits cost me an arm and a leg each pay check (their family plan is almost 1k a paycheck... I can't afford that)! They have got to be the rudest family you can ever work for. They give out 3% increases and say “it’S THe CosT oF LIVinG IncREAse.” Honestly, do you think I’m dumb? They’re only giving out the bare minimum so they can keep the money for themselves. They’re cheap with everything they do. Avoid this company at all costs. I can’t stress this enough. The owners think people are banging the doors to get in…meanwhile many people are trying to get out!!! They are rude and disrespectful...ALL OF THEM...seriously. They protect employees who are so problematic and it ends up costing everyone around them their mental health. Some departments get to work a hybrid schedule but if I were to ask if I could work from home, they would shut me down before I could finish asking the question. Not to mention the giveaways, I speak with a lot of the people here and all of the stuff given is not the same across the company and we’re given things they couldn’t sell for that season. I heard a lot of the thanksgiving giveaways were all returned items!!! I’ve personally heard leaders speak to their team with such vile language…people who stay here are complacent and scared to leave because they’re beaten into submission. Reminds me of Stockholm syndrome. I’m trying to get out fast.
