Pros
The pay and benefits are amazing and wfh
Cons
Everything else! Management is not helpful (and this is coming from someone who was in management). They expect a new supervisor to come in and fix all their broken processes yesterday. They are all about scheduling meetings with different groups within the company and each meeting you find that theres another team of people you need to deal with to resolve any issue. Due to the multiple meetings its very difficult to focus on a specific task or issue at hand as they often have numerous projects for you all at once to resolve. The manager generally doesnt sit in on these meetings but if they do they offer no real support or guidance. You are left solely just to figure it out. Upper management basically makes a mockery of you having you go on camera to provide updates on all these ongoing projects, including the VP and offers no support or help. They cinstantly throw new things your way instead of maybe finding a priority issue to work on and by the next meeting what you thought was the most urgent of things to work on they switch it up and are onto something else. No wonder nothing gets resolved. In my short amount of time with the company there was a significant amount of staff let go on the spot- and im talking everyone from starting production positions to some upper management. Its insane! Constantly a new group of people to talk to or new contact for an area. They put people on PIPs but basically give them no time to better themselves. The PIP is a joke and theres no plan or guidance for the staff on what to work on. Horrible company. HR is unsupportive and does not care. They hire and fire. Good luck but really i would NOT ever recommend this place to anyone!
