Pros
The sole contributors and low level managers are genuinely dedicated to ensuring patients come first. They will always go above and beyond to ensure patient test results get out on time.
Cons
Management does not enable teams to make decisions. Too much has to get approved for projects to move forward. Also, if management does not like someone, regardless of performance, they will weaponize the Performance Improvement Plan process to justify termination. Employees put on a PIP should immediately start looking for a new role as your termination from Natera is inevitable.
