The company does not offer ANY paid maternity or paternity leave. The company prides itself on helping families conceive and deliver, but they don't offer their employees this vital benefit. This is unacceptable.
Employees come in and out of this place all the time. The retention rate is so low, most likely due to the low pay. Their pay is not at market value.
The company recently laid of 5% of it's staff, so the company morale is very low. There is no distinct company culture so employees seem disconnected and unhappy.
Staff was overloaded and overworked before the layoffs but it's even worse now.
Goals and priorities can change at the drop of a hat.
