Pros
So, I’ll try to keep this brief. I spent the best 4 years of my career with Natera. They actually care about employees, and go out of their way to ensure that they are well looked after. From adequate mentoring and support to growth opportunities and strong incentives, I had the chance to learn from the industry’s finest. Natera is a company, unlike any other.
Cons
We could use additional flexibility for leaves. Apart from that, nothing else.
