In the 5 years that I worked with Natera, I grew from strength to strength. None of that would have been possible without supportive colleagues, brilliant senior management, and ample growth opportunities. Natera values its people, and they offer excellent incentives to those who put in the effort. In the end, I scaled up to a senior post and had a team that was more like a family. Thank you, Natera.
