10yIt's fantastic to hear your feedback that you feel you're participating in advancing technology and products that help people. You are right; we did grow very quickly. There is a special culture at Natera initially set by those who began very early with the company and we want to see that culture continue to thrive with our ever-growing work force. We count on your voice and feedback on how we achieve this. In addition, we are implementing other mechanisms for feedback such as 360 reviews and targeted engagement strategies customized to address the particular needs of each department. Although culture is a continual work in progress, it is particularly helpful when employees take the initiative to participate in our internal surveys and reach out to HR or Culture teams to help maintain and enhance our culture to be it's best.
