An absolute scam, waste of time - Anonymous employee Natera Employee Review

Promotions are essentially nonexistent. Consistently underpaid employees across the entire company. With the exception of management who loved to remind us that we were replaceable. Natera blatantly rips off its customers. Charging for failed tests. Morals are WACK. The company boasts a competitive salary rate and tenure based promotions that they never adhere to. My resume is ruined because future employers look at my work tenure and wonder “why didn’t you ever promote?” And I have to answer “they repeatedly told us how they couldn’t afford it, and in the same breath would talk about how much the company profited this quarter” This place is a joke of a company. Like a pig wearing makeup. Loose morals disguised by an altruistic motive in “helping people” by undermining and disgracing the people keeping it profitable.
