Business Outlook
Pros
Fast paced environment, plenty of work to keep you busy. Some people care about the employees and management tries to show they care through the benefits.
Cons
Safer, Better, Faster is the mantra. The reality is Faster, Faster, Faster. Senior management may care about the employees or they may not, it is hard to tell. If you like to work with little direction, guidance or adherence to safety policies, procedures or best practices then this is the place for you. If you want a job where they show they care about you rather than delivering product go somewhere else.
