      They don’t care about the employees, you’re just a number. When you voice a opinion they don’t listen to it.

      We are saddened to hear that is the impression that was left. NCC does care about our associates very much. We can't implement each idea however we strongly review them all. Many ideas are implemented such as changing our hourly bonus incentive from quarterly to monthly. That was from associate feedback.
