Pros
The break room is the best. You won't have to stop for monsters on the way or coffee they have snacks sandwiches burgers nukeable stuff. I mean none of it's free but you can walk in grab your item swipe your card or pay cash and then continue on about your day.
Cons
Literally everything else. The pay is horrible The supervisor in the welding division will treat you like a child. He's mixed people's welds up. They expect you to meet a quota that's just ridiculous. They're galvanized steel department received an OSHA violation for lack of ventilation which they have years to fix their ventilation is non-existent. I've never actually seen nepotism in real life till I worked there. The galvanized steel supervisor had his son directly hired. When I seen how bad as welds were I tried helping him out and he told me hey they're pretty good for me never welding before in my life... I would only work here if you just started going to weld school and you want something on your resume. The place is literally full of young kids and I seen why.
