      Pros

      Great exposure to all aspects of Human Resources right off the bat. Great exposure to a fast paced work environment where no day is the same.

      Cons

      My only con is the lack of electronic systems in the HR department. Once we can move everything to being electronic, vs everything being on paper, we could make a difference for the environment and cut back on the amount of paper used.
