      Pros

      Everyone needs a job, and its a job.

      Cons

      The way the managers treat and talk to their employees ridiculous. Even when reported to HR, nothing is done about it. The management in the finance department is so unprofessional!!! The CEO doesn't even care to speak to you even if you were standing in the same elevator. There is really no room for growth here, unless you know someone or kiss some serious behind!. Your hard work means NOTHING here!

      Stressful situations with customers, and sometimes can be hard to understand what the customer needs.

      Thank you for your review. I apologize that your experience with NDCP was not pleasant. NDCP has a strong culture of accountability. Our managers are trained and evaluated on managing operations and compliance. We also have several avenues for employees to bring their concerns to management. I hope that you were able to address your concerns prior to your departure.
