This company is a disaster from top to bottom ! Senior level management is simply a joke on every level . Company is about profit and that is understandable but they push for awesome results with poor training and managers that are sub-par at best. Zero respect for employees which is company wide as management does not respect employees and most employees don't respect themselves . Company has rules in place that do not apply to all franchisees which makes it extremely difficult to do your job on a high level as there is mass confusion when it comes to following guidelines that are in place . Then of course you have certain incompetent employees who have been given too much responsibility which gives them a false sense of "grandiose" . Next fake and phony so called corporate offices located in Duluth GA , now that's funny considering that this is a East Coast company that is clearly not open to Diversity on a management level . Pay is shameful as is the possibility of advancement . Stay away from this company if you value your sanity and self respect .
