4yNDCP has experienced a higher than normal turnover over the last 2 years due to changes in the labor market. Addressing retention across the company is a major priority of NDCP. We conduct annual employee surveys and focus on the employee's feedback to improve how our employees see NDCP. The work from home program was one of the areas where we improved the way we conduct business. It is unfortunate that your experience was not positive with NDCP and we wish you the best in your future endeavors.
