      Pros

      Growth and opportunities. The culture has evolved since I joined the company 3 years ago. Everyone communicates effectively and works together towards company goals.

      Cons

      If you don't have a strong work ethic, this is not the company for you. As a customer service driven company, our Client is our number one priority. You have to have customer service skills for internal and external customers always. You have to be committed to the job responsibilities to achieve perfect order.

      Thank you for your review. I apologize that your experience with NDCP is not pleasant. NDCP has a strong culture of accountability. Our managers are trained and evaluated on managing operations and compliance. We also have several avenues for employees to bring their concerns to management. NDCP values are Respect, Integrity and Ownership. Our values are a part of our company's culture. We also strongly encourage employees to report their concerns to management and/or Human Resources.

      They care about their employees, lots of training and help

      Cons

      Stressful situations with customers, and sometimes can be hard to understand what the customer needs.

      Everything except the pay was not very good.
