Pros
-Beautiful remote work locations -Mission that was meaningful and contributed to the greater good -Some nice perks with good overtime and per diem -Stepping stone to learning new things and moving on
Cons
-Poor management at every level -Out of touch central office staff that seemed to have little respect for field-ops -Poor retention and poor hiring practices (not much hire from within for the full time tecs) -Inadequate training and over training in other areas -Protocols that could be frustrating and mind numbingly repetitive
